TITLE OF ARTWORK: Pressure
SIZE: 200 cm X 110 cm X 50 cm

DESCRIPTION: This installation artwork includes a haute couture dress made out of paper within a puppet show box. The intention showcases the drastic influence of peer pressure as society has the ability to control actions and behaviors of individuals. This piece highlights the feasibility of societal corruption through the use of paper as it replicates fragile mindsets that can easily be affected. The construction of the dress presents a emphasis on skin, displaying the vulnerabilities of the innocence

Display Creation; decided to change the material from wood to cardboard as it was difficult to cut, given the limited resources provided by my institution
Final Display and Piece. In the future I would go with my original plan of including ropes and plastic arms/legs in the piece as I believe it provided more reference to a puppet. Since I was unable to find the pieces and had limited time to create them from scratch, I was unable to develop my initial plan.
