For my assignment in the "Introduction to Media Studies" course, I've undertaken a project that explores and utilizes Adobe Premiere Pro. I created a video using Premiere Pro to analyze its capabilities, history, and influence within the media industry. This video serves as both a practical demonstration and a critical analysis of the software. Through this project, I showcase my skills in navigating the platform, demonstrating both its capabilities and constraints. I discuss the evolution of Premiere Pro, highlight its unique properties, and examine how it mediates and circulates messages compared to other digital formats and platforms. This recursive format analysis allows me to deeply engage with the software, leveraging its tools to enhance the very narrative I'm constructing about it, while also showcasing my technical proficiency in managing its complex features.
